Getting onto the problem fast helps to reduce prolonged symptoms so the quicker you act the less pain you'll experience. Treatment is straight forward and you'll be prescribed a simple round of antibiotics.
The treatment is available:
To women only with uncomplicated urinary tract infections.
Who are aged between 16 and 65 years.
Are not pregnant, and
Have not taken a course of antibiotics within the previous six months.
